Paste or type your time entries — one per line, in whatever form you kept them: 1:30, 45m, 2h 15m. The calculator totals them, applies optional billing-increment rounding (6-minute tenths or quarter hours), and multiplies by your rate for the invoice amount.
How to use it
- 1.Enter time entries, one per line, in any common format.
- 2.Choose a rounding increment if you bill in tenths or quarter hours.
- 3.Set your hourly rate and read the total time and fee.
Questions people ask
- What is 6-minute billing?
- Law firms commonly bill in tenths of an hour — 6-minute blocks. A 7-minute call rounds up to 0.2 hours. Choose the 6-minute increment to apply this automatically to each entry.
- What entry formats are accepted?
- Colon times (1:30), unit shorthand (90m, 1h 30m, 2h15), and bare decimals treated as minutes. Blank lines are skipped.
