Time Zone Meeting Planner

One meeting, every city's clock.

Pick a valid date and time to see it across zones.

Choose a date, a time, and a set of cities: the planner shows the meeting on every clock at once and flags which attendees are inside 8:00–18:00 working hours. Zone math uses your browser's IANA database, so daylight saving is always current.

How to use it

  1. 1.Set the meeting date and time in your zone.
  2. 2.Add the time zones of the other attendees.
  3. 3.Check each local time and its working-hours flag.

Questions people ask

Is daylight saving handled?
Yes — conversion uses the browser's IANA time zone data for the specific date chosen, so DST transitions on either side are respected automatically.
What counts as working hours?
8:00 to 18:00 local time is marked green as a reasonable default; times outside 7:00–21:00 are flagged red as antisocial.
